Gasket was perfect for my project.
I confess I used the gaskets for something else. I got a bell dome display (https://www.collectingwarehouse.com/Glass-Dome-with-Black-Wood-Veneer-Base-3-x-3) and it is a near perfect fit for the inside. I just sanded a millimeter down with a dremel and glued it in and I got a sealed display dome.
